It can be difficult to find the time to get into the pool & the motivation to swim any sort of structured session can be draining! Fear not! To save you the stress we have three 'must do' weekly workouts that Mark & Heather are going to share with you now! Not only is it often difficult to actually find the time to get into the pool, but once we cross that bridge, unless it is with a club or a group of friends, finding the motivation to then swim any sort of structured session can be draining to say the least.
