In this video we’ll be going through our top 5 exercises to keep your shoulders pain free! These exercises are a great place to start from shoulder mobility and activation. We’ve kept them simple and left out the need for any equipment so you can easily implement them into your daily routine. Try and do at least three times a week and you will start to see a difference in your shoulder function.
