Now, don’t get us wrong, these are all excellent options and clearly have their time and place in any training schedule. However, the progression run - or 'build' as it’s also often called, has to be one of our favourites because of its simplicity! Whether you are a beginner starting out, or a seasoned elite, there is just so much to be gained from it.
