Lower back pain is something many people experience during or after cycling. There are several causes of it and as a result, various ways in which to prevent it. Some of those pains are “good” pains such as your muscles working hard or lungs burning from a maximum effort. On the other end of the spectrum, there are pains that aren’t going to benefit you in any way and serve only to hamper your training and ruin the enjoyment you should get from training. Lower back pain is sadly something many people experience during or after cycling. There are several causes of it and as a result, various ways in which to prevent it.
