Where do you even start when it comes to Half Marathon training? You might have just completed 5k or 10k & feel inspired to run a bit further? Once you’ve reached that significant marker you’ll probably have your eyes set on a half marathon. It might sound daunting but at 21k it is just over double the 10k!
